Join Leslie Zanoff for a six-week group workshop. We'll meet virtually (via Zoom) for an hour and a half every Monday evening from 7p.m. to 8:30p.m. CST. We'll have time for connection, conversation and questions each week. You will receive a real-life tool or "homework" to takeaway and practice during the week in between meetings. Having time to put what you learn into practice (in your real life, in real time) is where the stillness stops being a concept and starts becoming a lived experience.

Strategic Stillness™ is a six-week workshop that runs June 15, 2026 to July 20, 2026. We'll meet for 1.5 hours virtually via Zoom every Monday from 7p.m. to 8:30p.m. (central time). It's about learning to be present in the moment and embrace mindfulness. Living with intention isn't necessarily about doing less, it's about creating space for yourself … allowing time for reflection in your over-scheduled lives.
This workshop is designed for the next chapter of your life — one that feels grounded, intentional and joyful. Whether you're leading teams, raising kids, caring for aging parents or juggling it all, I understand. Strategic Stillness™ will help you find peace in your pace and presence in your power. Each week builds on the last, so you arrive to every session having already begun to shift.
